Ultimate Luxury Avarice and No Avarice Here photographic artworks, represent the excessive desire for wealth. The artist Philippe Shangti stages his characters ecstatics about the fact of accumulating money in abundance. He mocks in his own way the obsession with money and wealth. He also denounces the avarice of our days through the consumer society that pushes us to chase fortune, rather than returning to more moral values. Thus, he stages paintings masked by money, or torn to reveal a bank vault, to denounce the omnipresence of money, surpassing our own culture and history.
